Villa Joya is situated on a 2500 sqm land  in one of the most beautiful residential areas of the island. It’s composed by 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. On the ground floor, there is a large living room with LCD TV, sound system and a large dining table. Finally a fully equipped kitchen and a utility room with a washing machine. On the left side of the entrance of the house there is a separate apartment for 2 people more for additional charge. The large round pool and dining area with covered BBQ are surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden with lush shrubs and palm trees. Only 5 minute walk from Cala Nova beach and Atzaro Beach Club and many other restaurants. There are 2 free tennis courts within 200 meters from the, house available for the guests that are exclusively residents of the street. Extra cost for the heated Swimming Pool is 500€ per weeks.
