Taco Paco has been beautifully put together by owners Dario and
Francisca. Art filled walls share the space with salvaged furniture and
handmade crafts – some even made on the premises. This mix gives the
place a certain California vibe that is very refreshing and unique on
the island. Taco Paco goes beyond the taco nacho trail by offering
succulent Ibiza lamb burritos, vegetarian dishes, homemade pastries and
desserts like the pistachio cake topped with white chocolate mousse and
topped with mango coulis. Ay caramba!
