Cicale is located on the main San Juan road, or what we at Essential
like to call restaurant street as it is littered with some island gems,
offering a variety of unique dinning experiences. That is exactly what
is awaiting you at Cicale, the oldest finca restaurant in Ibiza with
over 200 years of history in the heart of the Ibiza countryside,
surrounded by nature, ageing trees and stunning flowers. The terrace
offers an al fresco experience under the watchful eye of a centenary
carrub tree while the dining room inside offers plenty of views of the
garden. During the coder months the fireplace becomes a focal point
adding a real authentic family feel.
Cicale offers an authentic Ibiza experience, from the beautiful old
finca to the wood fired oven that is used to cook most of the dishes.
The menu changes weekly to give make sure regulars have a continued
choice, organic homegrown vegetables are used in the dishes and it uses
only seasonal fruits. The pasta is fresh and homemade as is the risotto
and the fish of the day is fresh and Cicale uses only the best-grilled
beef fillet. Tucked away in the San Lorenzo valley, Cicale is a brightly
coloured, family run restaurant that offers a warm and friendly welcome
and an atmosphere that will leave you never wanting to leave! The
restaurant is open from April until November.
