    I worked out for 30 grueling minutes with Brian Talbot at Mwellness on
    the TRX. Originally the TRX was designed by a U.S. Navy Seal and it
    works the whole body. It is so dynamic and non restrictive that it does
    not bore you and is actually fun as you work through all that sweat. I
    can’t wait to jump on it again.
