    Back To Ibiza

    Having spent the past week in the UK, my resolve has definitely been
    tested. I haven’t managed to get to the gym but i have maintained a
    healthy diet and carefully watched what i was eating. While catching up
    with mates, i drank water and ate salad while they had a favourite of
    mine, pizza and beer! Loads of fruit and some raw fish, steamed
    vegetables and salad have me thinking i might just be prepared for the
    following 12 weeks training in Ibiza. Looking forward to Wednesdays
