    We are big fans of PranaSol here at Essentialibiza HQ and when Emma
    offered to write a monthly wellness blog for us we were delighted.
    Here’s the first of many, enjoy!

    Aaah. August. My old friend. Here you come again. How we love you and
    loathe you in equal measures. Temperatures rise and so does the island’s
    population and its temperaments! That vibe can be felt all over Ibiza; in
    the clubs, on the beaches and definitely on the roads! Can you feel the
    August energy pumping like the dancers on their podiums? August is
    extreme. Whether you’re on holiday or working, for your Essential Health

    this time than ever. Attempt to achieve balance wherever you can.

    take just a little time every day to rebalance yourself. Being in nature

    The full on effects from the intensity of the peak summer months can
